Republic Finance has a long-standing history of giving back through charitable initiatives and partnering with organizations such as Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) and the American Cancer Society. Over the years, through our various fundraisers and efforts, we have raised nearly $3 million dollars for these organizations.
We are thrilled to continue our annual company-wide fundraiser with our newest partner, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and participate in their Walk/Run events across our footprint.
Our teams also enjoy volunteering in our local communities and participating in back-to-school and food drives throughout the year.
Giving Back To Our Employees
In addition to our philanthropic efforts in fundraising, we understand the importance of supporting Our Team! Republic Finance offers a matching gift option for team members annually to show support for their personal giving contributions.
We also have an Employee Assistance Fund that is funded by the company and voluntarily by our employees to give financial aid to team members facing unexpected life event such as illness, death of a family member, or a natural disaster.
