The Branch Internship Program lasts approximately 8-12 weeks but can sometimes extend beyond a semester and often leads to a full-time position in the same or a different branch.

During your internship, you will interact with team members, leaders and customers to gain real-world experience by working alongside our team to learn about many aspects of the day-to-day operations of a branch as well as the overall business.

We are seeking college juniors and seniors who are looking for a fulfilling career in financial services with availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. We have a preference for majors such as business, sales or finance.

Republic Finance's Branch Internship program fulfills most university requirements. We can provide a program overview by request. Contact your school's career services department to ensure course credits are awarded for participation.

Interview & Hiring Process

This process can take 2 to 4 weeks from start to offer but your Recruiter will stay in close contact with you throughout the process and will help to keep things moving!
